As the Founding Product Designer at Arondite, you will play a critical role in shaping the human experience of using the company’s AI-powered defence software by leading the design of intuitive, high-impact, and visually cohesive user interfaces. This hands-on role involves owning the entire product design process—from early-stage concept development and user research in real-world environments (including field trials and drone testing), to wireframing, prototyping, and building design systems using tools like Figma. You'll collaborate closely with engineers, product strategists, and customer-facing teams to ensure that user feedback is continuously integrated into the product vision. Your work will span both desktop and mobile enterprise-grade software, and your ability to balance elegant design with technical feasibility will be essential. You’ll also define design workflows, contribute to recruiting future designers, and bring a design-first mindset into a fast-paced startup building mission-critical defence technology. This role suits someone with 5+ years of experience in product/UI design, a strong understanding of design tools and user experience strategy, and a passion for creating practical solutions in cutting-edge tech environments.
