As the first Product Design hire, you will have full ownership and autonomy from day one, shaping the user experience and design system across all products. You will work closely with engineers and customer-facing teams to understand user needs and drive a design-centric approach to product development, including UI design, prototyping, user research, and improving UX flows. The role involves collaborating across teams, defining design processes, and helping build and grow the design team. Candidates should have at least five years’ experience designing enterprise-grade software, proficiency with tools like Figma, and experience conducting user interviews.
