Join Jelly as a Founding Engineer in London, where you will help build and scale a profitable, VC-backed startup creating the next-generation operating system for restaurants used by hundreds of real businesses every day. In this role, you will design and develop core product features across the full stack using TypeScript for both frontend and backend, implement robust software design patterns, manage and evolve relational database schemas and queries, and deploy and maintain production workloads in cloud environments while contributing to advanced tooling that may include AI and computer-vision-driven workflow automation. You will work closely with a small, fast-moving, product-focused team to turn complex operational challenges into reliable, scalable software, taking strong ownership of architecture, code quality, and performance while continuously improving the product based on real customer feedback.
