Albert Bow is hiring a Founding AI Engineer for their early-stage AI infrastructure startup in London. The role involves shipping production-grade code, owning full-stack feature development across infrastructure, tooling, and application layers, solving complex technical and operational problems including scaling infrastructure, fine-tuning LLMs and multimodal models, supporting customers, and hiring teammates. Candidates should have 2+ years of experience building and deploying real products, deep understanding of LLMs, agents, LangChain, RAG, SFT/RL fine-tuning, strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure, containerization, relational/graph databases, and a track record of building quickly and independently. Bonus for previous experience as a founder or early team member at a startup. The position offers on-site work in London, meaningful equity, a salary of £100k–£180k depending on experience, and visa sponsorship and relocation support.
