About the job

Tracer is building an observability platform for high-performance computing that helps researchers and engineers optimize costs and improve reliability, accelerating discoveries in life sciences, engineering, and other technical fields. As the Founding Marketing Director, you will have full ownership of Tracer’s marketing and brand-building efforts, creating and executing strategies from scratch, shaping narratives, producing content such as videos, posts, and digital campaigns, hosting webinars and community events, and driving inbound demand and community engagement. You will work closely with the founders, product, design, and engineering teams to translate complex technical concepts into clear, engaging stories that resonate with developers and scientists. This hands-on role requires strong storytelling, creative, and strategic skills, and offers the opportunity to build a brand from 0 to 1 in a fast-moving, technical environment. The position is on-site in London, UK, and UK visa sponsorship is offered for exceptional candidates.
