Tracebit is hiring a Founding Customer Success Engineer to support its rapidly growing cybersecurity platform and ensure customers achieve maximum value post-deployment. The role involves leading technical onboarding, troubleshooting complex cloud security deployments, building integrations, running technical workshops, and driving product adoption. The candidate will collaborate with engineering and sales teams, create runbooks and documentation, and act as the technical voice of the customer. Applicants should have experience in cybersecurity or cloud-based tooling, strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure, DevOps workflows, and security operations, and the ability to build scalable customer success processes.
