The Founding Account Executive at Conduct will play a critical role in shaping how the company sells its enterprise SaaS solutions, driving new business and expanding relationships with some of the world’s largest enterprises. You will be responsible for proactively building a pipeline through outreach, networking, and leveraging founder networks, leading high-stakes conversations with CEOs and senior stakeholders, navigating complex technical and procurement processes, converting pilots into multi-year contracts, and growing accounts post-sale. You will also design scalable sales processes, contribute to the feedback loop to inform product and GTM strategy, and potentially help build and lead a future sales team. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of closing enterprise deals from self-sourced opportunities, experience selling to CIOs, COOs, and technical leaders, and thrives in competitive, fast-paced startup environments. Strong communication, storytelling, executive presence, curiosity, hustle, grit, and a self-starter mindset are essential, along with the ambition to help build GTM from scratch. This is an on-site London-based role, and visa sponsorship is available for eligible candidates.
