STRATOS Technologies is hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer to work closely with enterprise clients and implement its Strategy Operating System platform by adapting software to real-world business needs. The role involves deploying scalable generative AI workflows, integrating complex datasets, building and maintaining data pipelines, and solving customer business challenges using technologies such as Python, SQL, PySpark, APIs, and distributed data tools. Engineers will collaborate directly with customers, translate business requirements into technical solutions, and support implementation of AI-driven systems that improve decision-making and productivity. Candidates should have 2–4 years of experience in data engineering or analytics, strong programming skills, and the ability to learn new technologies quickly; experience with TypeScript, Airflow, DBT, Databricks, ERP or CRM systems is beneficial.
