Elite People Partners Ltd is seeking Formal Verification Engineers to join their advanced SoC development team in Oxfordshire. This role involves working on cutting-edge ASIC projects, collaborating with industry experts, and gaining hands-on experience with Formal Verification tools such as Jasper Gold or VC_Formal. Candidates will work in a multidisciplinary environment, covering ASIC design, verification, RTL design, and DevOps. The ideal candidate should have 5 to 15+ years of experience in digital ASIC design and verification, with strong skills in SystemVerilog, UVM methodologies, scripting languages (Perl, Python, TCL), and REST APIs. This position offers a competitive salary (£50K - £130K), a 10%-20% performance bonus, hybrid working (3 days on-site), pension contributions (up to 8%), private medical insurance, life assurance, and employee assistance programs.
