The Finance Transformation team at EY delivers globally integrated finance services to clients, helping them build business-focused, cost-effective, and agile finance functions that meet stakeholder needs. As a Manager, you'll be involved in key offerings such as Agile Business Finance, which optimizes finance functions by aligning business, finance, and technology to create innovation-led finance teams. You will also work on Value and Performance Management, enabling finance functions to deliver long-term value through optimized planning, reporting, and analytics. Additionally, you’ll help develop high-performing operating models through process simplification, standardization, and leveraging enabling technologies. You’ll play an important role in developing digital finance visions and transformation roadmaps, including the evaluation and deployment of technology to support client business agendas, focusing on areas like cybersecurity, RPA, analytics, and other digital technologies. This role requires strong consulting experience, particularly in finance transformation and technology, with an emphasis on project and program delivery. Your work will contribute to EY’s leadership in the finance consulting space, working with diverse teams and clients across multiple sectors to deliver high-quality work products within expected timeframes and budgets, while building long-term client relationships and networks.
