Cambridge University Press & Assessment is seeking an Enterprise Architect to join its Technology Business Unit, supporting the Education product group in shaping the organisation’s future event-driven architectures using domain-driven design principles. The role involves translating business strategy into practical architectural outcomes through major transformation programmes such as Future Operating Model, Digital Assessment, Exam Processing Transformation, and Onboarding & Access. Responsibilities include engaging with senior leaders, defining architecture approaches, collaborating with business architects, designing reference architectures, and guiding product teams. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in enterprise and solution architecture, technical operating model design, event-driven systems, data products, and microservices, along with strong communication and leadership skills. This is a full-time, permanent position based in Cambridge with hybrid flexibility.
