With Series A on the horizon, this is an exciting moment to join as Software Engineering Manager, leading a talented team of 7 engineers while working closely with the technical founder. This hands-on leadership role goes beyond traditional management, allowing you to shape the platform, make product and roadmap decisions, and remain deeply involved in shipping high-quality full-stack features across Python, Go, React, TypeScript, Postgres, Kafka, Redis, BigQuery, and AWS. You will own technical strategy, architecture, and delivery, mentor engineers, set the foundations for scalable engineering practices, and partner directly with customers to ensure the product meets real-world needs. The role is hybrid, requiring three days per week in Central London, and comes with a competitive salary of up to £140,000 plus equity, along with visa sponsorship for top global talent.
