The Engineering Manager, Performance Modelling will lead a high-impact team of six engineers responsible for defining architecture specifications across OTPU generations and validating them through roofline, functional, cycle-accurate, and power modelling. This role requires close collaboration with compiler, ASIC, product, and business development teams to ensure architectural decisions balance customer needs with hardware/software feasibility and meet delivery timelines. The successful candidate will provide strong technical leadership, drive complex long-term projects, and build a high-performance, innovative, and collaborative team culture. Applicants must have deep expertise with performance modelling for dataflow architectures, experience with roofline and cycle-accurate SystemC models, and a proven track record of coaching and empowering engineers and managers.
