Your responsibilities will include overseeing ongoing engineering work, ensuring timely delivery of projects, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. With a focus on Web3 technology, you’ll help shape the future of digital ownership and contribute to the company's expansion. You should have experience managing engineering teams in fast-growing startups, with a strong background in software development and a passion for developing people and products at scale. Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills are essential to succeed in this role, as is a data-driven approach to achieving high-quality outcomes.
