OLIX is hiring an Engineering Manager, Embedded to lead and scale the embedded systems team responsible for the core software and control layers that connect its optical AI hardware to real-world operation, including post-silicon validation, baseboard management controllers, firmware, and thermal and analogue control systems. The role owns technical strategy and execution across embedded architecture and delivery, drives complex cross-functional programs spanning optics, hardware, and software, and ensures high quality and reliability across control systems and firmware development. You will hire, mentor, and grow high-performing engineers, establish scalable engineering processes, and partner closely with internal teams to align embedded systems development with Olix’s broader product roadmap and long-term technical vision in a fast-paced, highly ambitious AI hardware environment.
