As an Engineering Manager at MoonPay, you will play a key role in leading and supporting high-performing engineering teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality features in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Your responsibilities include coaching, mentoring, and developing engineers, helping them grow in their careers, and driving the technical initiatives that will shape the future of Web3 infrastructure. You’ll work closely with senior leadership, including the VP of Engineering and Group Product Manager, to ensure that teams remain aligned, focused, and productive. You’ll also be involved in implementing best practices and management tools, while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance. With a deep focus on collaboration and communication, you will lead efforts that balance priorities, deliver technical excellence, and maintain uptime, all while supporting MoonPay’s mission to democratize Web3 and digital ownership.
