Arondite, a fast-growing defence technology company, is seeking a Deployed Software Engineer (Ukraine) to help build and deploy the foundational software and AI that will power the autonomous age. In this role, you will be responsible for working directly with customers in Ukraine to deploy Arondite’s technology, integrate data sources, test autonomous and robotic systems in the field, and write code in languages such as Python, C++, or Java to solve real-world problems. The position requires frequent travel to customer locations in Ukraine as well as hybrid work from the London office, offering high levels of ownership, autonomy, and direct influence on product development from day one. Candidates should hold a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, with strong programming skills and experience in frameworks like React or Angular and front-end development in JavaScript or TypeScript. Desirable experience includes embedded systems, SQL, Rust, machine learning applications, or hardware. Strong communication skills, willingness to travel, and the ability to work closely with customers are essential. The role requires UK security clearance (typically 5+ years of continuous UK residency).
