IC Resources is seeking an EDA CAD Engineer to join a growing deep-tech scale-up in Berkshire, Southern England. The role involves managing and maintaining the company’s EDA environment, supporting tools such as Cadence Virtuoso and Siemens Calibre/AFS, and designing, automating, and validating CAD flows for simulation, physical verification, parasitic extraction, and reliability analysis. The engineer will also contribute to PDK installation and deployment for advanced nodes and collaborate with circuit designers, layout engineers, test teams, and external EDA vendors. Candidates should have several years of industry experience in EDA/CAD and PDK development, strong scripting skills, and fluency in English.
