This role involves overseeing the digital operations team, based in India, to ensure the timely, cost-effective, and high-quality delivery of digital assets. The Digital Operations Team Lead will play a key role in creating, maintaining, and improving digital processes, collaborating with global publishing teams to deliver top-quality educational products. The successful candidate will guide and mentor the publishing operations teams, helping them understand and apply digital processes and documentation. This role also requires close collaboration with product teams to create and transition new product types. In addition, the Digital Operations Team Lead will be responsible for establishing workflows, improving processes, managing risks, and solving problems to ensure efficient operations. The ideal candidate will have a background in educational projects or digital publishing, along with expertise in managing remote or offshore teams, and will be comfortable with travel for work when necessary.
