The Development Team Lead (OpenAthens) is responsible for managing software engineers in the development and maintenance of OpenAthens products. The role involves collaborating closely with the Product Team and other stakeholders to drive the delivery of key product improvements. Responsibilities include supporting the creation and delivery of product and sprint goals, utilizing agile processes, ensuring compliance with agreed architectures and technical standards, overseeing testing processes with a focus on automation, and liaising with DevOps, Service, and Support teams to ensure smooth transitions of product changes into live service.
