Candidates should have experience in web application development using C#, ASP.NET, HTML, CSS, JSON, development tools like GitHub and Visual Studio, RDBMS like SQL Server, security technologies (TLS, MFA, OWASP), Agile development practices, and web services. Desirable skills include Microsoft 365 development, cloud computing knowledge (Azure or AWS), front-end frameworks, and understanding accessibility standards.
