IC Resources is seeking a Design Verification Engineer to join a global leader in advanced semiconductor technologies at its Oxfordshire, UK location. This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge 5nm SoC designs supporting high-speed PCIe interfaces, advanced protocols, and NAND flash solutions within a highly skilled ASIC development team. The engineer will be involved across the full chip development lifecycle, including requirements capture, architecture definition, RTL design support, verification, tape-out, and post-silicon validation. Key responsibilities include defining verification strategies and metrics, developing SystemVerilog UVM testbenches, performing formal proof verification, working with C-based test cases, and using scripting languages such as Python, Perl, or TCL to automate verification flows. The role suits engineers with strong digital ASIC verification experience and an interest in complex systems such as high-performance accelerators and multi-CPU architectures. Experience with formal verification tools, C/C++ development, and storage interfaces like PCIe or NVMe is beneficial.
