Quintessential Design Service Limited (QDSL) is hiring a Data Analysis Integration Engineer to support EV propulsion system development through Vehicle-in-the-Loop (ViL) and Propulsion-in-the-Loop (PiL) testing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up and acquiring data from vehicle systems, ECUs, and test equipment, then analyzing large datasets to identify anomalies, verify performance, and contribute to design verification. You will work closely with validation and systems engineering teams to define test requirements, interpret outcomes, and present clear technical insights. Key tools include MATLAB, Python, CANalyzer, INCA, and other signal processing platforms. A strong understanding of EV propulsion components such as motors, inverters, batteries, and battery management systems is essential. You should also be comfortable with DVP execution, vehicle instrumentation, and using data to inform engineering decisions. Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in data analysis, vehicle integration, or system validation (preferably within the EV domain) and hold a degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Automotive Engineering, or Data Science.
