Aston University is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented CRM Marketing Systems Officer to support the use of Microsoft Dynamics and other systems within the Marketing, Recruitment & Admissions department. In this key role, you will be part of a centre of excellence for CRM across the University, working closely with colleagues in marketing, admissions, and recruitment to design, implement, and optimise communication journeys from enquiry to enrolment. You will ensure consistent CRM usage, track campaign performance, provide data-driven insights, and contribute to the continuous enhancement of student engagement activities. The ideal candidate will have experience with CRM systems, particularly Dynamics 365 and Gecko, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams and stakeholders.
