As a Computer Vision Tech Lead, you will play a central role in developing, training, and deploying large-scale vision AI models for detection, recognition, segmentation, and tracking tasks, ensuring they perform efficiently in diverse retail environments. This position requires strong expertise in Python, PyTorch, and modern computer vision architectures such as Transformers, along with a PhD or equivalent experience in Computer Vision, Machine Learning, or a related field. You will contribute to the continuous improvement of Neurolabs’ large vision models, optimize synthetic data generation, and collaborate cross-functionally with product, infrastructure, and customer teams to deliver practical, scalable AI solutions.
