The Business Intelligence Developer will join the University of Glasgow’s Systems Support & Development Team to lead the design, development, and delivery of planning analytics solutions within Finance. Reporting to the ERP Systems Manager, the role will support key FP&A initiatives, including Cashflow and Student Number Planning, while delivering high-quality visualisations, modelling, and analytical solutions for strategic decision-making. Responsibilities include designing technical solutions, managing ETL and data integration processes, supporting BI platforms, and collaborating across central finance and colleges. Essential qualifications include expertise in RDBMS (Oracle, SQL, PL/SQL), REST API, data modelling, and BI tools, with desirable knowledge of Cognos, Tableau, Power BI, IBM Planning Analytics, and ETL platforms like Alteryx. The role is full-time, fixed-term for two years, and may be eligible for Skilled Worker visa sponsorship.
