The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to gather and document requirements, conducting data analysis to uncover insights, developing reports and dashboards using Power BI, and supporting system enhancements and implementations. Additional responsibilities include business process modelling, conducting user acceptance testing, maintaining functional documentation, writing and reviewing user stories, and analyzing the impact of new functionality on business operations. Candidates should have proven experience as a Business Analyst, strong knowledge of business analysis methodologies, proficiency in Python (with VBA for Excel automation as a plus), and familiarity with SDLC, server infrastructure, and databases. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential. The position offers a hybrid work environment in Hounslow, a salary between £36,000 and £42,000 per year, and UK visa sponsorship along with other benefits.
