The role involves leading and supervising technicians and mechanics during base maintenance activities on B737NG aircraft, ensuring accurate maintenance documentation in compliance with Part-145 regulations, adhering to health and safety standards, supporting defect investigations, repairs, modifications, and overhauls, communicating effectively with Bay Managers and Production Planners regarding progress and potential issues, managing aircraft component handling including storage and serviceability, and contributing ideas to improve efficiency, processes, and overall team morale. Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of aircraft maintenance experience, with at least 3 years in a base maintenance environment, a valid B1 AML license (UK CAA or EASA), and recent experience on B737NG aircraft.
