As an Analytics Engineering Manager for the Growth & Marketing team at Monzo, you will lead a talented group of analytics engineers responsible for building and maintaining scalable, efficient, and reliable data pipelines that power our marketing strategies and growth initiatives. You'll help architect and manage Monzo’s data warehouse and ensure the development of high-quality data models using tools like dbt, BigQuery, and Looker. Your work will enable teams to make data-informed decisions and maintain a strong focus on governance, data quality, and documentation. As a leader, you’ll coach and support your team, participate in hiring, and collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders including Marketing, Product, and Engineering. You’ll play a crucial role in enabling the business to understand user acquisition, engagement, retention, and other key metrics while shaping the future of Monzo’s data-driven culture. This position offers a competitive salary between £97,800 and £120,000, includes stock options and benefits, and supports visa sponsorship and relocation to the UK. You can work from our London office, Cardiff office, or remotely from within the UK.
