The Senior Analytics Engineer at GetGround will work as a core member of the data team to build data products and analytics infrastructure across the full stack, collaborating closely with product, design, engineering, growth, and operations teams. Responsibilities include building a data platform that powers decision-making, developing dbt warehouse layers, co-governing the Count Metrics Catalog, supporting Mixpanel event instrumentation, generating cross-business insights, implementing CI pipelines and best practices, and mentoring team members. Candidates should have 3–5+ years of analytics or data engineering experience, fluency in SQL, familiarity with git, dbt, and cloud warehouses (BigQuery), and a collaborative mindset.
