A new opportunity has arisen for an Analog IC Design Engineer to join a well-established semiconductor company with a long-standing reputation for excellence in wireless IC design. Based in Essex, Southeast England, the successful candidate will work within a highly experienced team of analog, mixed-signal, and digital IC designers collaborating on a major new sub-6G project. The role involves full lifecycle analog IC design, including circuit design, implementation, and verification of complete sub-systems, as well as contributing to test planning and ASIC characterisation. Ideal candidates will have a university degree in Electronics Engineering or a related field, a solid foundation in analog IC design, experience with SiGe Bipolar and CMOS technologies, and hands-on proficiency using Cadence Virtuoso tools. Strong communication skills, a proactive team-oriented attitude, and the ability to work onsite four days per week are essential.
