The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the design, development, and deployment of AI-driven applications and services, as well as supporting the integration of machine learning models into production systems to ensure performance, scalability, and reliability. The role involves contributing to the development and maintenance of data pipelines for training, validation, and real-time inference, while also monitoring AI systems in production, performing diagnostics, and troubleshooting any performance or reliability issues. Additionally, you will collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to support the end-to-end ML lifecycle management, participate in the testing, documentation, and continuous improvement of AI system components, and implement best practices for version control, model tracking, and reproducibility of results. The role also requires ensuring compliance with data privacy and security standards when handling sensitive datasets. While prior AI experience is not required, a basic understanding of IT concepts or a background in Computer Science is preferred. Full training will be provided, and the successful candidate will receive a 3-year Skilled Worker Visa sponsorship, with the opportunity to bring dependents (spouse and children) to the UK. The role is located in Chelmsford, and candidates must be willing to relocate and begin training on May 6th, 2025.
