Flux Computing is seeking a Senior Performance Modelling Engineer to design, build, and maintain analytical and simulation models that drive the evolution of OTPU architecture and software. The role involves building functional and cycle-accurate performance simulators, performing workload analysis for LLMs and graph workloads, exploring design trade-offs, collaborating with hardware, compiler, and ML teams, and developing Python/C++ tools for trace analysis and automation. Required skills include 5+ years building performance/power models for CPUs, GPUs, ASICs, or accelerators, strong C++/Python coding, experience with discrete-event or cycle-accurate simulators, familiarity with computer architecture fundamentals, and knowledge of ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX).
