GenPeach AI is hiring a Founding Member of Technical Staff – AI Research Scientist to join its highly technical and fast-growing research lab focused on building next-generation image and video foundation models, offering a unique opportunity to work at the cutting edge of generative AI with visa sponsorship and remote flexibility. In this role, you will lead the design and training of large-scale diffusion and multimodal models from scratch, working with massive proprietary datasets, advanced architectures, and large GPU clusters to create hyper-realistic human-centric AI systems. You will conduct deep experimentation, optimize training processes, analyze performance trade-offs, and contribute to dataset strategy while collaborating closely with engineering and product teams to bring research into real-world applications. The position requires strong expertise in deep learning, hands-on experience with large-scale model training, proficiency in Python and PyTorch, and the ability to manage end-to-end research workflows.
