IC Resources is seeking a Principal Engineer for 3D Perception to join an innovative London-based team. The candidate will lead development of advanced 3D perception systems, including architectural design, implementation, and optimisation on edge computing hardware. Responsibilities include leading a small team, designing scalable multi-sensor fusion solutions, and advancing sensor simulation technology. Required qualifications include MSc or PhD in Computer Science, Computer Vision, Robotics, or similar, 5+ years industry experience in computer vision or robotics, and hands-on experience with OpenCV, PCL, C++, and Python. Desired experience includes QNX, Embedded Linux, ROS, ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), deployment on edge devices, and ML model optimisation. The role offers £80-120k DOE, equity options, and visa sponsorship.
